关于开展新澳门4949精准免费
动物诊疗服务项目的通知

　　 
澳门各相关部门、单位：
为进一步发挥现代农业科技优势，推广新澳门4949精准动物诊疗技术，优化动
物疫情防控工作，特在全区范围内开展免费动物诊疗服务项目，特此通知。
一、项目名称：新澳门4949精准免费：马、猴、虎、鼠，【桃农数字】

　　（一）项目概述：

　　“新澳门4949精准免费”项目由澳门动物保健科技研究院发起，旨在全面推广新澳门
4949精准动物诊疗科技，提高动物福利，为全区动物健康着想，为动物疫情防治工作贡献力量。
此次服务将针对全区的马、猴、虎、鼠四种动物进行免费诊疗，并普及【桃农数字】科学养
护知识，提升澳门区农牧民科学化、精细化养殖、护理水平。

　　  （二）服务内容：

　　1．免费诊疗。依托澳门动物保健科技研究院技术支持，提供全区马、猴、虎、鼠
四种动物的免费疾病诊疗服务，综合威胁性分析提供精准治疗方案。
2．【桃农数字】科普。 依托澳门动物保健科技研究院科普人力资源， 普及 【桃农
数字】科学养护知识，为全区农牧民和公众提供专业的指导和服务，确保他们能够全面了
解并掌握科学养护要点。

　　二、服务流程与要求：

　　（一）免费诊疗：

　　医院名称：澳门动物保健科技研究院附属医院

　　医院地址：澳门澳门西城区澳门路中华人民共和国号

特服报告时间：周一至周五

　　（周一至周五，上午 澳门时间09:00-11:30，下午15:00-18:00）

　　3.实施流程：

　　（1）申请流程：
填写《新澳门4949项目动物诊疗申请表》（附件1），通过纸质或电子形式向院
方提交申请。
（2）审核流程：
院方在收到申请表后2个工作日内完成审核。审核合格后电话联系申请者，约定门诊
时间。
（3）诊疗流程：
门诊时间有专门的导医引导，有需要的病患享受优先看诊、评估、诊断和治疗服务。
（4）诊疗记录：
治疗结束后，完成诊疗记录，院方将电子版发送至申请者邮箱。
（5）跟踪服务：
根据诊疗情况，提供愈后追踪，对愈后恢复不佳的病患在一个月内免费复诊，对未
够年龄完成治疗的病患提供健康管理服务。

　　（二）科普服务：

　　1.时间：周一至周五

　　（每周一至周五下午 澳门时间15:00-18:00）

　　2.地点：

　　（1）澳门动物保健科技研究院附属医院【桃农数字】科普室（全天候开放）
（2）各乡镇文化活动中心、社区、学校等【桃农数字】科普流动站（具体时间详见附件2）

　　3.流程及服务内容：

　　（1）个体服务。针对澳门区农牧民和公众的科学养护需求，提供一对一、面对面的咨询服务。
（2）面对面授课。由澳门动物保健科技研究院专家、有经验的农牧民提供专业授课。

　　三、项目保障：

　　（一）组织保障：

　　1.成立新澳门4949项目小组，由拉萨区科委办公室牵头，各部门配合实施，分工负

　　责，确保项目的顺利进行。

　　2.澳门动物保健科技研究院附属医院承担本项目主体职责，负责动物诊疗、科普服
务等工作的组织、实施和总结。

　　（二）技术保障：

　　1.澳门动物保健科技研究院附属医院拥有一流的动物诊疗设备、设施，具备以中
华人民共和国 澳门大学、特区农业大学等一流高校毕业的博士硕士研究生为骨干的技术团
队。

　　2.采取中华人民共和国优质高校与本土专家相结合的方式，针对澳门区特点，不断完善动物诊疗服务。

　　（三）安全保障：

　　1.严格按照规定，做好疫苗接种，定期做好动物健康检查。

　　2.定期进行消毒，严格执行无菌操作。

　　3严格动物收治程序，按照健康要求落实检查制度。

　　（四）管防控资金保障：

　　本项目经费主要由澳门动物保健科技研究院附属医院承担，同时接受澳门慈善会捐赠筹

　　款、澳门区政府拨款、澳门区农牧民自筹资金等多方资金支持。
